Our Health & Social Care students have been receiving fun cooking lessons one day per week from Mike, The Community Chef at Sheppey Matters to help with their skills and knowledge - allowing them to become independent young adults. These skills are also useful for our students in their chosen sector, as they will be caring for others which will include cooking.
On 26th June, our Health & Social Care students went over for their last cooking session with Sheppey Matters at the Rugby Cub in Minster. For this session, they cooked a variety of meals for members of the public. Our students have learnt so much over the past few weeks thanks to Mike, The Community Chef at Sheppey Matters, so thank you and well done to our students.
