Tammy joins the organisation from her most recent role with Kent County Council where she led on the Pupil Premium Strategy for Kent as well as taking on the role of Senior Improvement Adviser for East Kent. In this role Tammy has been leading a team of Improvement Advisers on a wide range of training and development programmes across the county.
She brings a wealth of leadership and education sector experience to this key new strategic role, taking up her first Headship in Northampton in 2006.
Tammy said: “The EKC Group is a unique and forward thinking organisation with an exciting vision. I am really looking forward to being part of the plans for the Schools Trust and the development of the Group, and am eagerly anticipating starting my new role in September.”
