EKC Group grabs upper quartile spot in satisfaction survey

EKC Group is celebrating after achieving a high score in this year’s FE Choices Employer Satisfaction Survey.

The survey is carried out across the sector as part of the Department for Education’s quality checks. It asks employers what they think of the college or training provider they’re working with, and gives them the opportunity to rate them against two key criteria. These are employers’ perceptions on the quality of the training provided and the responsiveness of their college or training organisation to the employer’s needs.

This year’s survey saw EKC Group remain one of the most highly rated providers, taking a top spot in the upper quartile for the second year running. The score of 92.6 out of 100 showcases the Group’s approach to working hand in hand with employers to achieve great results for both the businesses, and the young people developing their skills within them.

Group Chief Executive Graham Razey said: “I’m really proud to see EKC Group being heralded in the upper quartile again this year. Our mission centres on developing the social and economic prosperity of the communities we serve, and we simply couldn’t do this without business supporting the training of the next generation. I’d like to take the opportunity to thank all of the businesses which work with us for their continued support and commitment to developing the next generation’s skills.

“We work really hard to ensure we’re delivering the right results for the employers we work in partnership with, so it’s wonderful to see the quality of our service being recognised again this year.”
