EKC Group’s The Yarrow hotel named in Telegraph’s top six

Following a recent article from the Telegraph, The Yarrow has been named one of the top six spa hotels in Kent.

Built in 1894, the prestigious hotel now boasts a hair and beauty salon to accompany an excellent restaurant. Situated below the restaurant, a spacious function room and garden are available to hire for events such as weddings and awards evenings.

The Yarrow hotel sits in the grounds of Broadstairs College and is used by catering and hospitality students as an excellent way to get industry relevant experience under the watchful eye of tutors and industry professionals. This adds real value to the qualifications the students are able to leave College with and also means they have a sense of what it’s like to work in industry. This unique hotel has recently been refurbished to give guests and students the best possible experience.

These students have a weekly lunch service where catering and hospitality pupils are able to run the restaurant at reduced prices, serving guests and preparing meals. For more information about bookings or the facilities, contact: enquiries@yarrowhotel.co.uk.

Lee Osborn, General Manager at The Yarrow hotel said: “Here at The Yarrow hotel we pride ourselves on giving our visitors and guests the best possible service experience in the area. We offer exemplary dining and spa services, provided by our dedicated team of professional staff and students who all work hard to ensure our guests are happy and receive a truly personal experience when they visit us.”

He continued: “We are very pleased to have been named in the Telegraph’s list of the top six spa hotels in Kent and look forward to continuing to serve the local community and welcome guest from further afield.”
