Offering two levels of qualifications, empowering adult learners to study English as a Second Language, covering reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Courses tailored to the specific requirements for each learner, develop vocabulary and understanding of English grammar, punctuation, sentence structure and context using situations which are relevant to the learner. With up to eight hours per week of tuition time, delivered online.
Learn to read and understand the purpose and meaning in a piece of text as well as developing vocabulary and finding specific information.
Learn to manage and organise written English, including sentence structure, grammar, punctuation and spelling
Build communication skills with scenarios based on relevant examples of real-life situations, ask and answer questions and be able to join in with English conversations.
Learn to analyse more complex text, tell the difference between fact and opinion and understand stylistic features
Learn to plan and organise written work, more complex spellings, grammatical function and formatting text for different purposes
Develop understanding of longer periods of speech with a variety of tenses, structures and tones. Use evidence when expressing views in a range of conversational settings
