Apprenticeships

An Apprenticeship is an ideal way for someone to kick-start their career and gain a nationally-recognised qualification while being paid at the same time.

Apprenticeships are set to play a crucial role in developing the UK workforce, by helping organisations to increase employee performance, and business productivity. EKC Group see Apprenticeships as an invaluable investment in workforce development.

Our Apprenticeship delivery spans many industries and our sizeable range of standards means we offer our employers a comprehensive choice of Apprenticeships that meet a diverse range of organisational needs.

We offer Apprenticeships from Level 2 through to Level 5, and can deliver structured career progression pathways for employers and employees.

Anyone in a business, from entry level to senior leaders, can enrol onto a relevant Apprenticeship, as long as the chosen Apprenticeship will allow them to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours. Apprenticeships allow businesses to combine work and formal education by combining on-the-job training and traditional learning. New recruits or current employees will be doing their real job while studying for a formal qualification. By the end of their Apprenticeship, they will have gained the skills and knowledge needed to enhance the business from within, increasing performance and productivity.
