Get Industry Experience Whilst at College

Get to grips with professional service as you serve lunch to staff and students from our refectory every week. Our Catering team are also tasked with providing food for our events throughout the year, giving you vital industry experience.

You will learn culinary skills and techniques from chefs in our industry-standard preparation kitchens.

Our chefs have been working at the highest levels for all of their careers with 40 years of combined cheffing experience.
