Victoria Copp-Crawley

Chief Standards Officer

No stranger to senior leadership in the FE sector, Victoria has been occupying Principal roles across the county since the start of the 2014/15 academic year. Prior to the formation of EKC Group, Victoria worked for East Kent College and was Principal of the Dover and Folkestone Campuses. This was a role that showcased talents in leadership, strategic planning and relationship building, skills which she has spent the best part of 20 years developing, working almost entirely in FE.

In her previous role as Principal of Folkestone College Victoria had a great relationship with her community and was an advocate of supporting and collaborating with local business.

Most recently, Victoria oversaw the integration of Ashford College into the EKC Group family as Principal of the College. There, she drew upon her wealth of experience to oversee the development of the College’s new identity, and to support College staff through the transition.

Victoria is passionate about Sport and experienced great success as a National Competitor in Squash both individually and in the England Squad. These achievements and competitive drive led Victoria to achieve her Sports Science Degree and Master’s in Education and progress in her career in the Education Sector. Victoria is married and has two young children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Victoria is excited to be taking on a new challenge as the Group’s Chief Standards Officer alongside her role as Principal of Ashford College.
