Site carpentry is an advanced qualification that will enable students to get ready for the world of work and also cover the following aspects: Truss roofs, 1st fix carpentry, 2nd fix carpentry, Cut and pitched roofs and Fascia's and soffits.

Role description

Carpenters and joiners construct, erect, install and repair wooden structures and fittings used in internal and external frameworks and cut, shape, fit and assemble wood to make templates, jigs, scale models and scenic equipment for theatres.
